Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to the website infinitereconnect.com and to every session offered through it by Infinite Reconnect, LLC ("Infinite Reconnect", "we", "us") and Ana Clavell. By requesting a session or using this site, you agree to them. Please read them before booking.

1. Authorization, and what we do not claim

Dr. Eric Pearl has authorized Ana Clavell to perform Reconnective Healing® and The Personal Reconnection®. Ana Clavell makes no claims, promises or guarantees. Dr. Pearl and anyone associated with his work, inclusive but not limited to The Personal Reconnection® and Reconnective Healing®, are neither diagnosing nor treating specific health challenges. You are solely responsible for seeing to and continuing with your own medical treatment and care. Dr. Pearl endorses only those people whom he has specifically authorized to perform this work; authorization may be verified through Dr. Pearl's office via reconnectivehealing.com.

Reconnective Healing® is a complementary wellness practice. It is not a substitute for qualified medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Consult a licensed professional for medical concerns, and continue any treatment you have been prescribed. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

2. What is offered

Reconnective Healing® session — one hour, being a session of about thirty minutes followed by a debrief. Through this website, Reconnective Healing® sessions are offered at a distance (a Reconnective Healing® Distance Session). Fee: $150 USD.
The Personal Reconnection® — a single process given in two parts, on two separate days, always in person, facilitated once in a lifetime. Fee: $333 USD. Per Dr. Pearl and Inevitable, LLC, this fee is non-negotiable.

Fees are in US dollars. The equivalent may be paid in another currency; the amount received by Infinite Reconnect must equal the fee after any conversion.

3. Requesting a session

Sessions are requested through the calendar on this site. A request is not a confirmed booking. Ana reviews each request personally and confirms it by email; the requested time is held for up to seven days while she does so. Requests that are not confirmed within that time are released. Infinite Reconnect may decline any request.

4. Payment

Once a session is confirmed, an invoice is sent by PayPal. Payment is due on receipt of the invoice, unless a different arrangement has been made with Ana.
Payment must be received at least 48 hours before the session. Where a session was booked well in advance, an unpaid time may be released up to 72 hours before the session. A released time returns to the public calendar.
PayPal charges and any currency-conversion or bank fees are borne by the client.

5. Cancellations, rescheduling and missed sessions

There are no refunds.
To reschedule, give at least 24 hours' notice before the session start time.
A cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, or a missed session, may be rescheduled once. It is not refunded.
If Infinite Reconnect cancels a session that has been paid for, the full amount paid is refunded. Infinite Reconnect reserves the right to modify or cancel any appointment, at any time and for any reason.

6. The Personal Reconnection® — additional terms

It is given in two parts on two separate days. The second part takes place at least one sleep cycle and no more than three sleep cycles after the first. Around three days between the parts is preferred; consecutive days may be used where deemed necessary.
If the second part does not take place within that window, the fee is forfeited and a new Personal Reconnection® must be paid for in full. The only exception is a force-majeure event, in which case Ana may agree to restart the cycle without requesting a new payment.
A force-majeure event means something outside your reasonable control that made it impossible to attend: for example serious illness or injury to you or an immediate family member, a death in the family, a natural disaster, severe weather, fire or flood, a public-health order, government action, civil unrest, or a transport failure that could not have been foreseen. It does not include a change of plans, a work or family commitment, forgetting the appointment, or a change of mind. Whether an event qualifies is decided by Ana, reasonably and in good faith, and she may ask for supporting information.
It takes place in person, at a location mutually agreed with Ana within a 15–20 mile radius of her location. Beyond that radius a travel fee may apply, agreed in advance.
Receiving The Personal Reconnection® is the individual's own choice. It may not be requested for another adult on their behalf.
Children aged eight and under do not receive The Personal Reconnection®. A child older than eight may receive it only with the child's own consent, together with a parent or legal guardian's consent and presence (see section 7).
It is facilitated once in a lifetime.

7. Children and young people

Anyone under 18 is a minor for the purposes of these Terms.
For an in-person session with a minor, a parent or legal guardian must be present throughout.
For a distance session for a minor, the written consent of a parent or legal guardian is required before the session.

8. Booking for someone else, and for animals

A Reconnective Healing® session may be requested for another person, including a child (see section 7). The person requesting is responsible for payment and for these Terms.
Reconnective Healing® for animals is offered only as a distance session, at the same fee as any other Reconnective Healing® session. The session is requested and paid for by the animal's companion, who chooses whether or not to have a debrief afterwards.
The Personal Reconnection® may not be booked on another adult's behalf, and is not given to children aged eight and under (see section 6).

9. During a session

Distance sessions take place at the agreed time, with the recipient in a quiet, comfortable place of their own choosing. Infinite Reconnect reserves the right to refuse or end a session if a client behaves in a way that may be a danger to themselves or others. Infinite Reconnect is committed to serving its clients and will seek a way to accommodate each client's needs to the best of its ability.

10. Your words

If you share feedback about your experience, whether through the "Share your experience" form on this site or in writing to Ana, it may be quoted on this site or in Infinite Reconnect's materials anonymously, unless you have expressly agreed to be quoted by name. Anything you mark as "for Ana only" is never published. You may withdraw permission at any time through the contact form, and any published quote will then be removed.

All text, images and media on this site are the property of Infinite Reconnect, LLC or are used with permission. Reconnective Healing® and The Reconnection® are registered marks of Inevitable, LLC, used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.
This site links to other websites. Infinite Reconnect is not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
The site is provided as is. Infinite Reconnect does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Reconnect, LLC, its officers, agents and licensors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from the use of this site or of any session, and their total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the session concerned. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.
You agree to hold Infinite Reconnect, LLC harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of another person's rights.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any claim or dispute arising from them, or from the relationship between you and Infinite Reconnect, LLC, shall be brought in the courts of Clark County, Nevada, or the U.S. District Court for that state, and you agree to their jurisdiction. Any such claim must be brought within one year of arising.

13. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Infinite Reconnect, LLC regarding this site and its sessions, and replace any earlier version.
Infinite Reconnect may update these Terms; the current version is always at this address, with its effective date above. Continuing to use the site or book sessions after a change means you accept it.
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce any part is not a waiver of it.
